El Loco continued

The Planning Commission did not make a decision on El Loco Cantina tonight. Owners of the Foothill Boulevard establishment requested a continuance, which was granted. The commissioners voted 3-2, with Francisco Oaxaca and Lou Munoz dissenting, to discuss the matter on March 10.
