Bad news for El Loco Cantina

| | Comments (1) |
El Loco Cantina has lost its ability to serve hard liquor and provide entertainment. On a unanimous vote, the City Council revoked the business' entertainment and conditional use permits.

"I can't help but believe that a night club operation is going on there and it has been a success," said Councilman Dennis Michael. "But it was a success that was never permitted and allowed to be used."

Rancho Cucamonga is going dry!

I was at Masi plaza yesterday and noticed El Loco has signs posted saying closed until further notice.
Later in the day I go shopping at Stater Brothers and see Peppers was shutdown by ABC. Bar section was locked up tight with no rowdy Laker fans in sight during gametime. But have no fear, Peppers operating primarily as a restaurant was still serving food. One table of two. Plenty of choice seating available now.

One thing about ABC they make sure the public knows the establishment has been bad. The suspension signs put in the window are twice the size as those posted when applying for a alchol permit.

I think it must be election time and RC Council is determined to rid the city of wild life in the bars.
