New burger joint opens

The question, PJG, is whether I'll like it more than In & Out?

I grew up with Sonic, so it is just plain bizarre to find someone who is not familiar with them! I have longed for a Sonic closer than Hesperia since I moved here two years ago. (And yes, I have driven to Hesperia solely to go to Sonic. More than once.) They have your standard fast-food fare, but their drinks and drink combinations are AMAZING! It's a great way to get a quick afternoon caffeine boost without ever getting out of your car. LOVE IT!

Sonic has the best burgers in the U.S.A.. I have made many trips to Hesperia and Monrovia just to get a Sonic burger.

I am so excited, but I realized today, it wasn't for the quality of their food or anything, but for their drinks. Their commercials for the slushies and limeades just kill me , yet I've still never taken the plunge and driven down to Anaheim or up to Hesperia to indulge my craving. I got to experience Sonic a few years back on a trip to Laughlin, and like I said the food wasn't anything spectacular, but there is something about eating outside under a little patio and getting "tots" instead of fries. (And even better now that they wear skates to bring you your food!)

I'm familiar with joints but not this franchise.

I've been seeing those commercials for like 3 summers now and finally I understand why. They were just preparing the inland empire for the new RANCHO CUCAMONGA SONIC BURGER!!! HOORAY!!!
