The Gov. will be honored at the Frontier Project Green Tie Gala this Saturday and organizers are expecting his presence.

The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 and the Safe, Clean and Reliable Drinking Water Supply Act of 2010 are among the accomplishments during Schwarzenegger's tenure.
The state's chief executive is no stranger to these parts. On a campaign stop in 2006, he stopped by the Victoria Gardens Starbucks for a macchiato and a beer at the Yardhouse. He told a group of fans, "I'll be back," and he was.
Two years later, developer Jeff Burum threw a birthday party for Schwarzenegger in the tonier parts of Alta Loma. According to Mayor Don Kurth, Schwarzenegger also stopped by Pepper's, the bar and restaurant on 19th Street, some time back.

I would like to think that all of us in the CVWD sphere of influence...I'm sorry, I mean all of us who basically paid for this stupid "project" would have gotten a personalized invitation to celebrate this event and not have to pay $100.00 to rub elbows with Rancho's elite...especially with an election 3 weeks away. But that's okay, I will be spending the day with my son, his wife and their new daughter Delilah Rose as they move into their new house in Apple Valley.
