Looks like we need to try the other 3 council members for voting to give away $33 million of redevelopment money to Rex's benefactor.

The funny thing is that people seem to forget that the housing bubble didn't burst until just after the council voted for the low income housing project. I doubt that anyone could have forseen the market conditions, so it's quite unfair to say they overpaid.

Had the housing bubble and the economy continued it's upward trend, the cost seemed reasonable to most in order to keep the potential rents low for 99 years.

Hindsight is always 20/20.

I entered the city of Bell into my GPS and it gave me Rancho Cucamonga City hall. not good.

If 3 new people are elected to the city that leaves 2 incumbents dennis michaels and sam spanolo left and they can be rid of when their term expires in 2 years in 2012 or maybe sooner.
Otherwise you will have michaels, buquet, gonzales, and two other seats that will be appointed by the council after williams get elected and quits.
