Year of the Rabbit
I had a pre-council meeting dinner at Dragon Inn to mark the Lunar New Year, which is today. Just two or three families were there, perhaps the strong winds kept them away. Happy New Year to any of you out there who celebrate it.

Did you take David with you to the Dragon Inn? (He wasn't very enamored of the place when I went there with him!)
I don't think either of us are very enamored of the place but it was close to City Hall. You'll hear more about our experience in David's column tomorrow.
