Car, garden show to aid cancer research

"Life is Sweet," a team for the upcoming Relay For Life event, will host a garden and car show on April 16. Vintage cars against a backdrop of three manicured gardens will be on display. Donations will be accepted and proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.

Shasta Court is located near the intersection of Shasta Drive and Banyan Street.

Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society's biggest fundraiser, takes place on April 30 at Quakes Stadium.
