Dual Earth Day celebrations on horizon
A big Earth Day celebration will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Cucamonga Valley Water District/Frontier Project. There will be children's activities, refreshments and giveaways. KOLA radio and a magician will be there. You can also bring your unwanted, confidential documents to be shred by Cintas Document Shredding. The first 500 families will receive an insulated grocery bag.
Saturday's event, at 10435 Ashford St., will take place rain or shine.
On April 16, the city will host a Healthy RC Earth Day celebration at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center from 1 to 4 p.m. There will be storytimes at the Biane Library and performances by an "eco magician." If you didn't get to shred your documents at the water district, you can do so here; Burrtech Waste will do the honors. The first 200 visitors will receive a reusable shopping bag.

Thanks for the mis-information. I loaded up my truck with stuff for shredding today. I arrived at the Cultural Center at 1:00 just as your article said. There was no evidence of any free shredding. Finally found a closed up setup by Burtec in the Bass Pro lot down the street. Looks like it was already done in the morning, if that was it at all.
So I wasted an hour and a few gallons of gas. Please get your info correct next time.
Not surprised, your info is about as good as your newspapers delivery service I have suffered with for the last 16 years. Don't know why I bother to get the paper at all!!
Hey MC. It's really too bad you wasted your time. I re-checked the press release and the comments made at the last City Council meeting and both stated 1 p.m. I guess it didn't go as planned. Well, the next time there's a shredding event, I'll let you know. Sounds like you have a lot of Daily Bulletin papers to shred.
Great items from you, man. I've take into account your stuff prior to and you're simply extremely excellent. I actually like what you have obtained right here, certainly like what you're stating and the best way through which you are saying it. You are making it enjoyable and you still take care of to keep it sensible. I can't wait to read much more from you. That is really a great website.
Normally I do not learn article on blogs, but I would like to say that this write-up very forced me to try and do so! Your writing style has been amazed me. Thanks, quite great article.
