Tips for your backyard

A group of experts will host an Edible and Sustainable Landscaping workshop on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Frontier Project. It's free and participants can choose one of two sessions: How to create an edible garden or how to select and maintain drought-tolerant plants.

The workshop is at 10435 Ashford St.
