Planning for cancer relay begins

Organizers of Relay For Life will host a relay committee retreat, an event to recruit volunteers for the spring 2012 event. The retreat will kick off the planning process for the relay events in Montclair, Ontario, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. It takes place 6 p.m. on Sept. 13 at David Dreier Hall inside the senior center. Volunteers are needed to serve on planning committees, team captains and other aspects of the 24-hour relay.
