I was late for the festivities but managed to enjoy a couple hours of fair shopping and people watching. So sad Rancho did not nominate or choose a Jr. Community Hero amongst the thousands of volunteers living and volunteering in Rancho. This severe oversight will not repeat itself so long as I live, work, and volunteer here. Next years list of nominees will show that Rancho boasts the Very Best in Youth!
