Rest in Peace Carlo Eugenio.
A genuinly nice person. The kind of Soldier you wanted to have on your team. And the kind of person you enjoyed being around. The Eugenio Family raised a Good Man who I am Proud to call my Friend. He beat me at Jenga. Rest in Peace Carlo. SFC Wiles

I had the pleasure of working with Carlo a few years back. I didn't know him very well at all, but he seamed like a generally nice guy. Our country is forever indebted to our fallen soldiers and military personnel. May God grant peace to the Eugenio family during this extremely difficult time. Thank you Carlo...
I wear his memorial bracelet...my nephew served with Carlo during the mission and gifted me the bracelet before he returned to the war. I wear it proudly. Thank you Carlo for having my nephews back.
No greater love than a man lay down his life for another. Salute!
