Arnold and Crowley making noise for RHS...

There's a good reason that RHS head girls' cross country Rod Anzai is all smiles. Not only is his team ranked second in the latest CIF Division I poll, but they also were decisive winners in Wednesday's first of three Citrus Belt League 8-way meets at Prospect Park.
And with super freshman Robyn Arnold winning the girls' race by 32 seconds, the Terriers also got a top-notch freshmen in Megan Crowley.

And with super freshman Robyn Arnold winning the girls' race by 32 seconds, the Terriers also got a top-notch freshmen in Megan Crowley.
"I'm fortunate we got two good freshman in Robyn Arnold and Megan Crowley," Anzai said.
Crowley was the winner in the junior varsity girls' race at 20:55, finishing 16 seconds better than teammate Claire Hauso. That performance comes on the heels of Crowley's win at the Iolani Invitational this past Saturday in the girls' 2-mile novice race.
"She's on the verge of cracking that top seven," said Anzai in reference to the seven members of the varsity lineup. "She's a very competitve runner. I like how she ran today. She took off from the start and never looked back."
