More than a dozen San Fernando Valley clergy members joined a statewide effort to pressure the California Supreme Court to end the ban on gay marriages. Do you support the advocacy group's efforts?

Will the dozen alleged clergy members please read the Bible. Stop trying to be a spokesman for God. He's already made it clear. If same sex couples want to unite get it done through the government not through God.
There is one and only one Church, founded by Christ Himself, and promised freedom from doctrinal error unto the end of the world. That Church is the Roman Catholic Church. What a bunch of heretics thinks is neither news nor very interesting.
Wow, how does one even begin to respond to Mr. Newland's post. Attitudes like his have launched a thousand wars over the years, and have been responsible for the deaths of millions. What a great country we live in where Mr. Newland and I can both live and express our views without declaring war on each other.
All I know about Gay Marriage is this, I cannot see how two people marrying, regardless of their gender, can make the relationship that I have with my wife any different than it is right now.
I was not married in a Catholic Church, does that mean that my marriage is null and void? What does that make my children?
We all look for God in our own ways. A Roman Catholic Monk once said "I don't always know the right thing to do Lord, but I think the fact I want to please you pleases you."
These people want to sanctify their relationship with one another in the sight of God, however they choose to interpret him. Who am I to say their way is wrong?
