I'm a school teacher in Palmdale, Ca. , and I can say firsthand how too many of the illegals are disrupting our educational system. Yes, I care about kids, but the system is way too over taxed and our American born children of legal American citizens are losing out to a decent education because teachers such as myself have to slow down the learning process to assist in getting these illegal and under-educated kids caught up. The illegal's parents as well are not doing there job adequately to assist their children to assimilate.
All in all, it's time to wake up and send them back to be educated in their own countries at their countries expense. We must stop this welfare state that is being created and over-run. Our kids must come first and foremost.

Friday, November 2, 2007 in Tennessee at a chicken plant 212 mostly Hispanics tested positive for TB. Take a look at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals website and look at just how screwed up it is with ILLEGALS. They file to fight legal deportation orders that they've ignored. I say once a deportation order is given, put 'em on a bus and ship 'em back to where they came from.

Oh yes, the increase in numbers is good and they do most certainly put a dent in the total numbers of illegal aliens in SoCal. What we need is an increase in the number of ICE hunter/ removal teams working in SoCal. Currently there are only five teams in operation working 24/7/365 but we need a minimum of 15 total teams . I'm going to e-mail DHS/ICE to recommend the total number of teams be increased from five to fifteen. I know, that its slow slogging but the total number of apprehensions are increasing and all Americans are grateful for that. Good job ICE! Keep up the good work!!.

Sorry but immigrants do have rights. After 10 years you may file for cancellation of removal. You may also apply for asylum if you fear returning to your country of origin. People have a right to appeal to the BOIA and then the 9th Circuit to fight deportation orders. That is the law. Problem is you hire them but no one wants to pay for their health care and education.
