pn14-rpgoodkids.JPGEach year, for the past seven years, Ms. Berge's fashion design students from Artesia High School have sewn 300 'goodie bags' for the pediatric cancer and blood disorder patients and survivors from the Jonathan Jaques Children's Cancer Center. These totes are filled with donated goodies and given to each of the participants in the Champions Run for Life (a torch run style relay). This year is the 25th anniversary of the Champions Run for Life, which will took place on June 12 at the Rainbow Harbor Esplanade, and the students from Artesia High School are proud and honored to be able to participate in such a wonderful event.
