This good kid's name is Andrew Garcia. Andrew a 9-year-old 4th grader at Saint Margaret Mary School in Lomita.
Andrew won an award for being a straight A student. Not only is Andrew smart but he is a real helper. He helped me make cookies for his school's bake sale. We go on RV trips quite often and Andrew and his three year old sister Alexi come over every day and feed our cat while we're away. My husband had surgery on his shoulder and Andrew offered to rake the leaves for us. He has stayed with us a few times during the school year and we have played games but I just can't beat him. He's too smart for me. He is a very sweet, polite young man and we are blessed having him as our neighbor.

Fremont students Sasha and Chloe Pullman and Trevor Davis-Dressner are joined by Fremont parents Stephanie Pullman and Mark Dressner at a February 14th lemonade/cookie/popcorn stand in Belmont Heights. The money raised went to Fremont Elementary's Support Our School program which raises money each year to fund the school's Science and Computer Labs.
