Family and Friends remember Dave Wodynski

Wodynski, 40, was the manager of the city's newly formed Budget and Performance Management Bureau. He died July 24 of natural causes at his home in the South Bay.
Wodynski oversaw both the Budget Office and the Performance Management Office, and was responsible for the development and implementation of the city's $2.3 billion annual operating budget.
