Globes: Kissy, kissy
Hollywood's glamorous ladies usually want everything just so before they set their perfectly pedicured feet on a red carpet. But at the Jan. 16 Golden Globes, they may be inspired to touch up their lips on camera.
Cathy Waterman has designed a dainty diamond-encrusted oval compact for L'Oreal Paris, which issued only 10 and gave one each to the women nominated for best actress in the film categories. Valued at $3,500, it's just the tip of the awards-season swag-berg. There's a more consumer-friendly lipstick compact -- round with Swarovski crystals surrounding a lucky four-leaf clover -- priced at $50 and available at www.lorealparisusa.com. A portion of those proceeds will go to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
