My First Time at the Oscars. It's a Little Weird

I’m actually down in the backstage press room for the Oscars, doing some radio commentary for CBS network news. They cut off the audio feed from the show whenever a winner comes back here to crow about their award. I’m trying to keep up with the unexpectedly funny stuff coming from Jon Stewart and others, but this is a bit disorienting for me. Apologies if the blog seems a little out of it now and then, but at least I have an excuse.
