AHL playoffs: Manchester drops Game 1.

The Manchester Monarchs blew a 3-1 third-period lead against the Worcester Sharks en route to a 4-3 loss in Game 1 of their second-round Calder Cup playoff series Sunday.

Forward Dwight King scored his first goal of the playoffs, and Bud Holloway picked up the secondary assist, but that was all the scoring involving former Reign players.

Game 2 is Wednesday.
