Season-opening roster notes.

Tallying up the roster for the season preview, only six players are coming back from last season (Jon Francisco, Tim Kraus, David Walker, Chad Starling, C.J. Stretch and James McEwan). McEwan is starting the season on injured reserve, so you won’t see much of him for a little while; Stretch only played one game last season, so he isn’t especially familiar to fans yet.

So where are the familiar, non-retired names of seasons past?
