Laura Bush book signing draws crowds to Vroman’s in Old Pasadena

Former first lady Laura Bush was at Vroman’s bookstore in Pasadena this afternoon signing copies of her memoir.

(Yes, that’s right, the FFL has a Twitter account.)

Here’s the scene outside the bookstore:

Bush apparently stopped in at some other Old Pasadena shops, too, like Lather.

Lines to get into Vroman’s wrapped around the block. Guests had to start queuing at 11:30 a.m. for the afternoon signing.
