Dish bartenders aren’t afraid to take on strong flavors like cilantro and chile in their cocktails.
Below, the Blueberry Aa Martini with a blend of Absolut aa berry, a splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and triple sec, shaken and poured; Crme de cassis is poured down the inside rim and garnished with rehydrated blueberries:

The Bar’s seasonal selection includes the Red Grape Martini, a Ciroc vodka drink shaken with a kiss of pomegranate and pineapple juices and garnished with a pineapple slice and grapes.
