Mammoth open until Memorial Day, but we’re gone

Well it’s been grand, but temperatures should be in the upper 50s later today at Mammoth Mountain. They expect to remain open through Memorial Day, but this marks my last blog for the season. Thanks to everyone who has made this a great year!

Please note, Mammoth has changed its hours of operation for skiing and riding 8:30am-3pm. Today they’ll operate 6 lifts (wind and weather permitting) with
access top to bottom from the Main Lodge.

Lifts expected to operate
today include: Broadway Express (1), Stump Alley Express (2), Face Lift
Express (3), Thunderbound Express (6), Discovery Chair (11) and Chair
23. The Upper Panorama Gondola will re-open this weekend.

The 22-ft halfpipe is now closed for the season, but the parks are
still hoppin’! And some of the best skiers and snowboarders in the world
are in Mammoth training for next season.

So goodbye and good luck, see you all on the slopes next year.
