Ugly week

As far as first impressions go, I really did horribly as far as my picks were concerned. I was 5-6 in the college picks and a pathetic 4-10-1 against the spread in pro picks. If I were on a date, not only would I not have gotten to first base, but my date probably would have poured sugar on my gas tank and thrown a drink on me. Not cool.

I'll try to salvage this week with a Monday night pick

Washington (+7) at Philadelphia: Well, it looks like the weirdness that typically takes place in week one was delayed until week 2. If Sunday is any indication, the Philadelphia fans, known for being a little intense will crochet Clinton Portis a sweater. And Daniel Snyder, known for being a Caligula-like tyrant - without the beheadings of course - will pat his players on the back after a lopsided loss and congratulate them on a job well done.
