Brehaut impresses at US Army all-American combine

Los Osos quarterback Richard Brehaut flew to San Antonio, Texas this weekend to take part in the junior combine held in conjunction with the US Army All-American all-star game this past Saturday.

Brehaut, according to Scout.com's Brandon Huffman relayed through Upland assistant coach Mike Esquivel, had the strongest performance of the West quarterbacks in the combine, building off a junior season in which he threw for 2,248 yards and 22 touchdowns while adding 556 yards and five TDs rushing. Brehaut receiving first-team all-Baseline League honors, along with second team all-Inland Valley and third team All-County honors.

Upland junior quarterback Josh Nunes and Los Osos junior running back Arby Fields were also invited to the combined according to Esquivel, but did not attend.
