CIF football championship game predictions
We have only 1 county team in the finals, and that's Summit in the Eastern Division on Saturday.
However, there are plenty of divisions of interest to local fans.
Here are the predictions:
EASTERN DIVISION
Summit (12-1) at Menifee Heritage (12-1), 7 p.m. Saturday
Prediction: Summit 28, Heritage 24
INLAND DIVISION
Corona Centennial (12-1) at Vista Murrieta (8-5), 8 p.m. Friday.
Prediction: Vista Murrieta 38, Corona Centennial 35
CENTRAL DIVISION
Moreno Valley Rancho Verde (13-0) at Palm Springs (13-0), 7:30 p.m. Friday
Prediction: Rancho Verde 27, Palm Springs 20
EAST VALLEY DIVISION
Chatsworth Sierra Canyon (13-0) vs. Lancaster Paraclete (11-2), 7 p.m. Saturday at Antelope Valley College
Prediction: Paraclete 30, Sierra Canyon 28
