No surprise: it's chilly in Fresno

I'm here, just a few minutes before the start of the first race at the CIF State Cross Country Championships at Woodward Park.
It's chilly and cloudy, as forecast. According to weather.com, it's 42 degrees and it feels like 37 with the wind. It's the chilliest I've experienced State.
