Manny to face 50-game suspension.

Multiple sources are reporting that Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez will be suspended 50 games by Major League Baseball for testing positive for a banned substance. From SI.com:

Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Manny Ramirez tested positive for a banned performance-enhancing substance, incurring an immediate 50-game ban and serving the highest-profile reminder yet that the use of such drugs in the testing area may have been reduced, but not eradicated.

Major League Baseball plans to announce the suspension later today.

YES !!!!! the DODGERS are done !!!! stick a fork in your season dumbasses you guys are done !!!! ha ha ha its ok now you guys could look forward towards football season and your sorry ass Raiders !!!!

When Man-Ram was first brought onboard late last year, speculation was when he was going to do a normal 'manny' kind of thing to repell the newly found Dodger fans that now worship his presence. It wasn't a question of 'if' but 'when'.
The only thing that surprises me is that it didn't take too long into the new season after resigning him as well as the particular reason he messed up.
He was a train wreck waiting to happen.
Will the Dodgers recover? Will there be forgiveness?
Someone posted on a SF Giants blog this morning about the hate Dodger fans had for Bonds, now the hypocrisy may be in the Dodgers court if he's welcomed back with open arms. I have to agree with the blogger.
