Accused Riverside puppy beater released on bail

Glynn Damon Johnson, the Los Angeles County assistant fire chief accused of beating his neighbor's puppy in November, was released from jail Tuesday after posting $10,000 bail, according to online records from Riverside County Sheriff Department.

Johnson, 54, was arrested Tuesday at about 4 p.m. The Riverside man is accused of beating his neighbor's puppy with a rock in November. The puppy had to be euthanized.

Anyone who would beat a puppy, or any animal, with any kind of object, is a poor excuse for a human being. He should be euthanized himself after he is beat with a rock.

This guy needs to be beat in the head himself. I'd love to be the one to do it and then feed him to my 250 pound mastiff. He's scum. How did he ever become an assistant fire chief???
