Montclair rape preliminary hearing postponed
The preliminary hearing that was set to continue this morning in West Valley Superior Court for Isaac Berbel Calderon, 54, has been postponed because one of the attorneys is sick.
Calderon, a landscaper, is accused of kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl in Montclair in October.
The girl testified about the attack last week, and is set to retake the witness stand if the hearing goes forward Wednesday as it is now scheduled.
