Preliminary hearing set to resume this morning in Montclair rape case
A 15-year-old Montclair girl is set to retake the witness stand this morning to testify about her alleged kidnapping and rape at the hand of 54-year-old landscaper Isaac Berbel Calderon.
The girl and her mother both testified during a preliminary hearing Thursday in West Valley Superior Court, but the hearing was interrupted by a lunch break and scheduled to resume at 9:30 a.m. today.
