Riverside fire chief accused of beating neighbor's puppy due in court Tuesday
Glynn Damon Johnson, 54, of Riverside, is set to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon on felony animal cruelty charges for allegedly beating his neighbors puppy with a rock. The puppy was euthanized after the attack.
Johnson, a Los Angeles County assistant fire chief, was arrested Dec. 16 for the November attack. He is free on $10,000 bail.
