Riverside fire chief accused of beating neighbor's puppy due in court Tuesday

Johnson,_Glynn.jpgGlynn Damon Johnson, 54, of Riverside, is set to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon on felony animal cruelty charges for allegedly beating his neighbors puppy with a rock. The puppy was euthanized after the attack.

Johnson, a Los Angeles County assistant fire chief, was arrested Dec. 16 for the November attack. He is free on $10,000 bail.
