DA's office clears San Bernardnio police officers in fatal shooting

Just announced by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office:

Date: October 8, 2009

San Bernardino, CA - The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office has completed its review of the officer-involved fatal shooting of Christopher Mason, 24, by San Bernardino Police Officers Serbando Saenz and Roy Diaz on May 2, 2009. The District Attorney's Office stated that under the facts presented in the reports submitted and the applicable law, the use of deadly force by Officers Saenz and Diaz was in response to an apparent and immediate threat of death or great bodily injury and therefore legally justified.

Just another police officer getting away with muder cops its a shame a civilian cant protect himself from harm but a cop thinks he is going to be harmed (notice I said think!) and can take the life of somebody who was probably just scared but they will be judge by god so dont think you got away with it gentalemen
