Car accident injuries delay molester's sentencing
CHINO -- Sentencing for a man convicted of molesting children was postponed today because the defendant suffered serious injuries in a car accident last month, a prosecutor said.
Jeffrey Allan Bitetti, 40, was set to be sentenced to three years in prison as part of a plea bargain reached with prosecutors, but the hearing was postponed to March 23, said Deputy District Attorney Jason Anderson.
The delay is to allow Bitetti, who remains free on bail, to possibly undergo surgery before going to prison, Anderson said.
Prosecutors charged Bitetti with five felonies in 2006 for allegedly molesting three children, all under 14, in instances dating back to the the 1990s.
Two of the alleged victims were his girlfriends' children from previous relationships, and one of the alleged victims was a prior girlfriend's niece, according to authorities.
Bitetti pleaded guilty to two felonies in December.
Anderson said that Bitetti's doctor testified in Chino Superior Court today about Bitetti's medical condition and his injuries, which the prosecutor said included several internal injuries and a throat injury.

This guy needs to go to jail for his crimes!
This guy continues to lie and break the law daily, all while chino pd watches, and does nothing. The man continues to use drugs and be around children. What will it take for him to finally go to jail, to serve a small sentence, only to be released and do it again.
Well, lets see what lies and and games this guy will come up with to again, stay out of jail. Trust me he will need surgery and care for many months afterwards. If he ever goes to jail, it wont be for a long time.
This whole case that i have been following about this guy is absolutely unreal. The court has shown such a lack of concern. The real victims in this besides, the children he has molested is the community in which he lives in. I cannot imagine walking out my front door and have him as a neighbor. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!
