Dean's county XC rankings

Prep-dog may be opening a Pandora's Box here, but we are entering the realm of San Bernadino County cross country rankings. Can badminton be far behind? The new sbsun.com/prepdog rankings are provided by The Dean of All Coaches, also known as the Grand Exalted Seer. The dog can't reveal his true identity.

.
The Dean proved his knowledge of fast kids in shorts by accurately picking the exact order of the recent San Andreas League girls' mini meet. He also called the exact order of the boys' meet, except for the fact he had San Bernardino finishing ahead of Pacific, instead of vice versa.

No matter, The dog has deemed The Dean qualified to provide rankings and, in true Tom Sawyer fashion, is delegating the responsibility to him. Without further ado, the Great Exalted one's county XC rankings:

BOYS

1. Ayala

2. Chino Hills

3. Upland

4. REV

5. Yucaipa

6. Los Osos

7. Barstow

8. Big Bear

9. Apple Valley

10. Redlands

Barking at the door: Arroyo Valley

GIRLS

1. Redlands

2. Chino Hills

3. Serrano

4. REV

5. Upland

6. Ayala

7. Yucaipa

8. Los Osos

9. Chino

10. Rim of the World

Barking at the door: Cajon, Hesperia Christian, Ontario Christian.

That's all folks. Is The Dean a true seer, or should he go back to his lesson plans and the faculty room? Anybody overrated? Dis-respected? Vowing to disprove The Dean at this week's Yucaipa Invitational? Feel free to leave a comment below.

Where is Sultana's Boys Team? The Dean must have forgotten who has dominated Apple Valley in XC, and they get the 9 spot! Wow!

Thank you, HD Dog ... and please feel free to woof any time here. In the tradition of Jimmy Smits on L.A. Law, I'm sure The Dean will take this "under advisement" before his next batch of rankings - assuming he doesn't have some strange aversion to teal.

Lets see some sultana times...as they avoided woodbridge...let me see a time to rank them...hurry cuz im busy with water polo rankings..and I like teal its my daughters soccer team colours.

Prep-dog said:

I always thought sultana's primary color was a little more aqua than teal, but the Sultans like to call it teal.

Who's the Dean?????????

Prep-dog said:

The dog cannot reveal The Dean's name, as he's in the Witness Protection Program.

the Dean said:

Gee Abrams....I was at your wedding, your wife and my wife are best friends, my daughter is in your class...you think you would remember me, as you attended your first county x-country meet at my course... hmmm I need to fire my publicity manager..
maybe the air is thinner around Cajon HS.

Cajon knocked off RIM and Chino, and we were just a few points behind Upland at IEC....Without #4 runner... Do we make the top ten?
