Hawks name new coach
Charlie Hamm is the new girls soccer coach at Silverado, athletic director Mike LaBrosse told the dog today.
Hamm was the junior varsity coach at Hesperia for several years. He also has coached club soccer.
He replaces Amanda Cruz, who is now taking classes down the hill.
"He brings a lot of experience and focus," LaBrosse said. "He has a definite philosophy and concept of the sport."
