Courtside at Colony for 29 Palms

| | Comments (0)

Prep-dog is courtside at Colony High School, waiting for the Twentynine Palms vs. Valley Christian boys basketball CIF-SS title game to start. Right now Rosamond is en route to a win over St. Bonaventure (probably). Rosamond cheerleaders are right behind me, making that high-pitched "Whew" shriek that means nothing and could break glass. I'm glad I brought the Advil.

On the way here I stopped at an Ontario Starbucks that was populated by Fed Ex workers. One of them told a Starbucks employee that he heard their recent "barista training" was to make Starbucks employees more friendly, like Hooters girls. I don't know if that's politically correct, but it made the Prep-dog laugh.

Rosamond has just beaten St. Bonnies 51-44 and the delirious Rosamond cheerleaders are making that shrieking whew noise again. I'll be glad to see them leave.

The dog will not be blogging during the 29 Palms game because I will be keeping stats and also there is no electrical outlet at courtside, so I need to conserve.

I just have one thing left to say for now ... Wheeewww!!!!!
