Rancho Verde, Santiago players make 2010 list

| | Comments (0)

Something called FVSports has ranked the top 100 prep football players in the nation for the class of 2010.

A google search of FVSports came up with "Fans Voice Sports." Seems to be a guy named Brian Bonafede who compiles such lists. Who is he? Who knows? But it's a fun list, and we'll follow it by naming area guys on his class of 2009 list.

Here are the semi-locals for 2010:

No. 50: Defensive tackle Ronald Powell, Moreno Valley Rancho Verde.

No. 66: Defensive tackle Kirifi Tauls, Corona Santiago
.
Also, running back D.J. Morgan of Taft is ranked as the No. 1 junior-to-be in the nation.
