As reported in Prep-dog this morning, Miller football player David Dash has been declared eligible to play after a hearing today in Superior Court in Needles.

What do you think of the decision - is it just?

I think CIF got exactly what they deserved. They bend the rules for their O.C. and SFV schools, but when it comes to other schools in less affluent districts, they make these idiotic decisions. I'm glad the kid Dash won this battle!
