Los Osos football team ranked 25th in state

Concord De La Salle (1-0) remains No. 1 in the state according to calhisports. after its 29-28 come-from-behind win against unranked San Mateo Serra (1-1).

De La Salle trailed by seven in the fourth quarter, but scored a touchdown and a two-point conversion - following a muffed center snap on a PAT - to get the victory. Serra trailed 21-0 in the first half, but scored 28 consecutive points to take the lead.

Corona Centennial (1-0), quarterbacked by former Cajon player Taylor Martinez, is ranked No. 2.

Bakersfield (1-0), coached by Serrano grad Paul Golla, is No. 19.

Los Osos (2-0) checks in at No. 25 after defeating Cajon 20-7.
