Nunes' choice, Stanford, has produced some all-time greats

| | Comments (0)

Upland High's Josh Nunes de-committing from Tennessee and then committing to Stanford puts him in potential rarefied air.

Nunes, if he becomes a big star on The Farm, could fall into line behind some great Stanford quarterbacks of the past, including Frankie Albert, Bobby Garrett, John Brodie, Jim Plunkett, John Elway and Trent Edwards, among others.

Oh, and Stanford is a pretty good academic school, too.
