Carlsbad La Costa Canyon is ranked No. 1. The team is already 10-0. San Jose Archbishop Mitty is No. 2. The Monarchs are a girls' sports powerhouse.

One San Bernardino County team that may be deserving of a Top 100 mention is Los Osos. The way I heard it, the Grizzlies did well against REV in a pre-season scrimmage, though one can't always tell a lot by scrimmages.
