Just spoke with Chief Billdt
Just spoke to Police Chief Mike Billdt, who is part of the joint investigation with the DA into the city's response to reports of child molestation.
I asked Billdt straight up whether the public would get the results of the investigation today.
He said he could only tell me that when the Police Department was ready, they would issue a press release and alert the press and public.
I asked if that was likely to happen today, tomorrow or next week, and he repeated the same answer.
Getting the feeling the investigation is wrapped. Just waiting for an announcement ...

"he repeated the same answer."
Well, Robert, that's because nobody reprogrammed the automatron, I mean, Chief Billdt wasn't sure when they will be ready to tell everyone......
Joe,
Well, that is a funny quip.
I should say that it appeared that the chief had decided what he would say regarding this matter and opted not to elaborate. In my dealings with Chief Billdt, I've found that he indicates that perogative by answering different questions the same way.
I suspect that he prefers to do this as opposed to uttering the dreaded "no comment."
Thanks for reading and writing,
Robert Rogers
Thanks Robert!
Seriously though Chief Billdt is a taicturn individual. His lack of communication critically hinders the mission of this department. There is no dicussing anything with him. What is, is and your opinion is not important.
And the hairpiece needs to go.
