Man charged in connection with San Bernardino fire

A 32-year-old homeless man was charged Wednesday for a fire that burned along the 215 Freeway this week and charred four acres in the city.

Brenton Marvin Jacques was charged with recklessly causing a fire of a structure or forest, according to San Bernardino Superior Court records.

Jacques is being held at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
