Rep. Baca to appear at Friday event

Rep. Joe Baca, D-Rialto, is scheduled to deliver remarks at Friday's meeting of the Democratic Luncheon Club.

The Club is set to meet noon Friday at San Bernardino County's Democratic Party headquarters. Local Dems meet in the lower level of the Carousel Mall in a suite on the mall's western side near the glass elevator.
