Take a trip back to the Old West in San Bernardino

| | Comments (0) |

Take a trip back in time, podner, when things were simpler.

Old fashioned fun, Old West-style, is set for Nov. 1-2 and 8-9 at the Center for Individual Development (C.I.D.), 8088 Palm Lane. Proceeds benefit the C.I.D., which provides recreational opportunities for people with disabilities.

The 28th annual Harvest Fair, a down-on-the-ranch living history experience, will feature three stages of nonstop entertainment, Old West shows, crafts, antiques, great grub and drinks in a re-created 1880s town.

Vintage cars will be on display Nov. 1; a Chili Cookoff heats things up Nov. 2; and a Veteran's Day Ceremony - Old West style - are among Harvest Fair traditions.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is $5; children younger than 7 admitted free with paid adult.

For more information, call (909) 384-5426; visit www.harvestfair.net.
