Another town hall meeting with city manager and police chief

2nd Ward Councilman Dennis Baxter and the Perris Hill Neighborhood Association are scheduled to host a town hall meeting with City Manager Charles McNeely and Police Chief Keith Kilmer on Wednesday.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Perris Hill Senior Center, 780 East 21st Street. There will be no charge for admission.

I am not saying I like Kilmer just yet; however, I will say that he is doing a lot better than Billdt.
