Rep. Lewis endorses Shorett
Fourth Ward incumbent Fred Shorett's campaign has announced an endorsement from Rep. Jerry Lewis, R-Redlands.
Shorett, who won a special election in March, is now seeking a full term. He is being challenged by Joe Arnett, who also ran in the springtime contest.

Awww! & I came back in hopes to find an update showing some tie between Morris and the Acorn thing! DARN! I'll have to google on my own. I can't believe that Miller guy told them to start it off as a charity! LMAO! It has Morris written ALL OVER IT!

What a major blunder! Shorett knows he is losing to Arnett so in his desperation he seeks Lewis' endorsement?! Xeno says it best...I too would be embarrassed to be endorsed by a corrupt politician like Lewis.

At least Shorett is be supported by ACORN and those kind of people. I heard ACORN people were out walking for Arnett this past weekend.
I have no idea who Fred Shorett is, but if Congressman Jerry Lewis endorses him, then he must be either corrupt, or a buffoon.
